Our design phase, listed below, allows our clients to be involved in the creative process with us. Design Phases • We host a preliminary meeting with the client to discuss ideas such as the theme for your event, color scheme, talent, budget, and etc. • We request a diagram, from our client, with basic elements marked • A lighting plot is generated • An initial meeting with the master electrician to discuss the specifics of gear generated • Installation of lighting gear, lights focused, and show programmed approval is received from the client • On-Site supervision the day of the event
